  • 150ml Classic premium tonic water

  • Rosemary and lemon slices to serve.

METHOD

  1. Pour botanical over ice in a tall glass
  2. Top with premium tonic water.
  3. Clap rosemary to release essential oil and add to glass.
  4. Garnish with lemon wheel.
