INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml Campari

  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth

  • Large Ice cube for serving

  • Orange peel for garnish

METHOD

  1. Add the first 3 ingredients to mixing glass with plenty of ice, and stir until well chilled
  2. Pour through a strainer into a rocks glass with a large ice cube
  3. Garnish with a twist of orange peel
